|Do you ship to my country?|
|For online orders, we are able to ship to USA and Canada. If you are outside of the US or Canada and would like to order through us, please send an email to email@example.com.|
|What are my payment choices?|
|If you are placing an order from outside the United States, you may pay by credit card, prepay check, or wire transfer. Please use the following guidelines:
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All Credit Cards are subject to verification.
We will fax or email the invoice total. The check must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Please reference the Order Number or Invoice Number on the check. Your order will be shipped after check is received and cleared by the bank.
There is an additional $40 fee for wire transfer. Please include your Customer Number, Order Number, or Invoice Number as a reference.
|When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?|
|We will ship your order via Federal Express or UPS and add the shipping cost to your invoice. If you prefer to use your own shipping account, please provide us with the account number (in the Notes field, if applicable).
For online shopping cart orders, shipping cost is estimated. We will email you a copy of the invoice, which includes the actual shipping cost and tracking information.
We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
|What is the return policy?|
|Defective or DOA Products
Express System & Peripherals understands how exasperating it is to receive a DOA product. Subject to the manufacturer's warranty requirements and restrictions, we will credit your account for any defective product returned to us within 30 days of the invoice date. Defective products must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. The carton must include all components and other items originally packaged with the product including cables, software, and manuals. You must obtain an RMA number from customer service before you return any defective or DOA products.
At your request we can ship out a replacement product at no charge via UPS ground. Express carrier freight service charges for replacement product will be charged to the customer.
